Manny and Nina recently helped my fiancé and I find the perfect apartment in Philadelphia. We are moving from out-of-state and neither of us had spent any significant time in the city before. On the Saturday of our tours, weather was terrible but that didn’t stop either of them from making it a successful day. They heard our needs and found multiple apartments that were great! We really felt like any of the apartments they showed us could have been the one. At each location, they asked really helpful questions of the agents that were pertinent in helping us make our final choice.
